Kubota has recently introduced its new LX Series, a range of multi-purpose compact tractors that allow users to handle a wide variety of tasks ranging from snow removal and lawn mowing to material handling and soil work, among others. The new LX tractor features a Stage V engine with CRS, EGR and DPF and will be available in 4 different models. The LX-351 Rear ROPS and LX-351 Cab, with 35 hp and a HST 3-range transmission, and the LX-401 Rear ROPS and LX-401 Cab, featuring 40 hp, and a 3-range HST transmission.
This convenient tractor for lawn mowing is also available with the new front loader LA545, featuring an optional self levelling system and Swift tach function to easily attach and detach the loader without stepping out of the tractor. Featuring a new transmission and design, this new range of compact tractors sets high quality standards and opens the way for new market opportunities.
Kubota’s LX compact tractors are designed to provide maximum quality, user comfort, and versatility. These tractors are typically used as municipality and contractor equipment, combining power and compactness in a single machine.
The LX Series is an all-round range of compact tractors packed with premium features such as a powerful Kubota diesel engine, great fuel economy and lower emissions, as well as a high level of power, torque and performance in all kinds of weather.
Amongst the main advantages of the new LX Series are its bi-speed function, its newly designed transmission, its new interior designed to provide noise reduction inside the cab as well as better accessibility, a brand new command organisation, and its auto-throttle function, which enables operators to control the RPM with the mono-pedal. Also, this new model is extremely narrow, which allows users to easily manoeuvre whilst adapting to any surface or terrain.
The LX Series tractor has been homologated and will be firstly introduced in Europe. Later on, the North American and Japanese markets will follow.
