Bologna, Italy, October 3, 2024 – The prestigious Novità Tecniche (Technical Innovation) Competition, part of the EIMA International Program, celebrated groundbreaking innovations in agricultural machinery at Palazzo Rè Enzo, Bologna. Among the 20 Technical Novelties awarded, the Kubota BV6160-6190 round baler equipped with TIM Pack 2.0 stood out, winning the gold medal for its innovative technology.
The BV6160-6190 series features the advanced TIM Pack 2.0, building on existing Tractor Implement Management (TIM) functionalities to enhance bale chamber feeding, prevent blockages, and optimize overall efficiency. This innovation offers farmers increased productivity, reduced downtime, and improved bale quality, making it one of the most advanced round balers in its class.
The award was received by Eleonora Benassi, Managing Director of Kverneland Group Italia, who posed with FederUnacoma President Maria Teresa Maschio during the ceremony. The event, broadcast live online, featured interviews with all the winning companies. Sandro Battini, Sales Director of Kverneland Group Italia, represented the company during the live web TV segment, highlighting the product’s innovative features and its impact on farming efficiency.
Key members of the product development and marketing teams led the preparation of all contest materials, supported by the broader team’s efforts. This award highlights their dedication to innovation and improving farming.
