We continue to face unprecedented circumstances not only in France, but also across the entire Europe, and many countries are taking necessary actions to manage and mitigate the impact of the COVID-19. Today, we would like to take this opportunity to update our exceptional measures as follows;
- Delivery of finished products, spare parts;
After an in-depth internal consultation, we decided to continue to stop the delivery from April 15th until May 11th 2020 at least, except for construction machinery shipped from the Netherlands. The period may change depending of further decisions of the company and/or announcements from the government. However, respecting the demands from the market, we will try our best to re-start our operations partially and gradually by implementing all necessary measures to avoid the risk of contamination. Please contact your Kubota representative to check if your demand can be met.
- Service, other operational works;
Services and other operational duties remain operational by utilizing remote-office but with limitation.
We are aware because of this decision, we will not be able to meet a number of agreements on the delivery of your orders. However, under current emergency situation, our primary concern continues to be the health and safety of colleagues and their families, customers and our business partners, thank you for your loyalty and understandings.
