European Sales Training Specialist (F/M)

We believe the education of our staff and channel partners in the ever advancing technology we develop is crucial. To continue to pursue this objective we are looking to hire a European Sales Training Specialist for our Tractor division.

The European Sales Training Specialist will focus mainly on our sales force, dealers and, to some extent, end users across Europe, and be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Development of Groundscare and Agriculture product sales training material
  • Sales Training Development in line with Kubota sales company and dealer salesmen’s needs.
    • product training (e.g. Features and Benefits, Competitive advantages)
    • non-product training which will enable dealer salesmen to correctly use Kubota tools e.g. Product Configurator, Finance, Service solutions
  • Regarding new product introductions work closely with the relevant Kubota and Kverneland colleagues to ensure that high-quality sales training materials are developed and made available to sales companies prior to production launch.
  • EU link to both Kubota, Japan, as well as with North American colleagues

Requirements:

  • Ideally educated to Bsc or Msc level in a relevant subject – i.e. Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Agrocology, Organic Agriculture, etc
  • At least 2 years of relevant Sales and/or Product Marketing as well as technical experience
  • Agriculture and/or Groundscare experience
  • Strong communicator
  • Willingness to travel ( 10-15% in Europe)
  • Fluent in English, any additional European languages are an advantage (German, French, Italian or Spanish preferred)

This position can be located at any of our Kubota or Kverneland sites (in Spain, France, Italy, UK, Germany, Denmark or Norway)
