Embedded software engineer (Man/Woman)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
- Define the control system software requirements
- Implement the software architecture and strategy, requirements for closed loop control algorithms and related control software logic
- Design, develop, debug C/C++ source code for embedded controllers while applying best software methodologies
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts and diagrams to support problem analysis
- Develop clear and concise well structured and documented source code applicable for software re-use across multiple controllers
- Participate in design review, FMEAs, Safety Analysis, Hazard and Risk Assessment
- Understand and apply Kubota standards and best practices
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Engineer Diploma or Master2 degree
- 3+ years of experience with C/C++ programming language and software development tools for embedded controllers
- Experience in Model Based Design
- Understanding of software development methods
- Experience in Real Time Operating System (RTOS)
- Experience in field of electrical/electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems
- In depth knowledge in vehicle networking protocols (e.g. LIN, J1939, CAN OPEN and ISO 11783 CAN communications)
- Experience in tracking requirements
- Languages required: english (french as a plus)
